We value your time and will help you redeem your vehicle and belongings. Please schedule an appointment, as walk-ins are not accepted.
We require at least a 24-hour notice to be able to properly process your vehicle. Please understand that we have a contractual obligation to your finance company to thoroughly process your vehicle post-repossession. This includes but is not limited to damage inspection, pictures of the vehicle, a vehicle condition report, and an inventory of all personal belongings in the vehicle. Furthermore, your vehicle could be blocked in by other vehicles in our lot.
Please understand that there is a cost for us to inventory and store your personal property while it is in our possession. Depending on your finance company, you may or may not have to pay fees. You will receive a notice in the mail or be advised when your appointment is confirmed.
Under Florida Statute 493.6404, we are legally obligated to complete an accurate inventory of such personal effects or property and securely store it property for up to 45 days.
If your aftermarket product is attached (wired, bolted, glued) to the vehicle, it stays on the vehicle.
While that would save us a lot of time and money, unfortunately, it is not possible. Aside from the liability of allowing people on our lot, we are required by the state to make an inventory of the belongings and store them for 45 days.
All personal property is stored in a secure area that is locked and monitored with security cameras.
All food, liquids, gels, and aerosols are disposed of to protect all stowed property.
Please provide valid state/government-issued identification or a Passport. Student or Work IDs will not be accepted.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, the address will be sent to you via email or text message.
ARS accepts exact cash only.
If you are running late, we will make every attempt to accommodate you as long as you are in contact with us. There is a $35 fee for No Show or Missed appointments.
Your property has to be picked up at our location with a valid ID.

If you are unable to come to redeem your vehicle or personal items, you can send a third party. For us to release the personal items to this person, print this form: ARS Notary Form for Third-Party Possession of Property and/or Vehicle.
Email the completed form with a copy of the Registered Owner’s Driver’s Licence to support@allprosrecovery.com before making an appointment on the website. Must bring a valid ID to the appointment.
